Amy Taylor, Junior Captain of Bawburgh Gold Club wowed DRIVE! members with a demo of her practice routine. Hitting a selection of shots in the driving range she talked through her routine and answered a host of questions from the ‘keen to learn’ group. We were all mightily impressed with her talent and it was such an inspiration to see her in action at just 14 years old.
Amy started playing golf at the age of nine and currently plays to a handicap of five. She has been part of the Junior Section at Bawburgh Golf Club for just over three years and is now in the England u16 regional squad. The highlights of her Club career include being part of the winning team when Bawburgh won the Junior KK Smith Trophy in 2012 and the Ladies Gillieson Cup in 2014.
